we started dealing with Advance Glass after a GIO thru Obriens glass as Advance . We had a very hard replacement as a sleeper wall had collapsed into a sliding door at the back of our home.
Advance arrived on time too quote an passed back it thru the system .Advised by Advance office when they would be coming to replace.
Two Professional,s arrived with the double sliding door, now remember this was in shall we say the lower level of our home almost under our house
They just went about it our home was built in 1970 so perhaps not everything is laser squared . But the first measure took all that into account
The door looks fantastic so easy when you are dealing with Tradies who know what they are doing from years of experience.

We will be moving to a country town about 2 hours from CBD the house we are looking at has some glass issues but my first call will be too Advance as they know what excellence is about.
Sure it will cost a bit more but the confidence in them is very high

Many Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of working with Advance Glass, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work.
From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond, took the time to explain my options, and provided a transparent and fair estimate. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate my needs within a timely manner.
The team arrived promptly on the day of installation and were courteous and respectful of my property. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done to perfection. The glass products they installed are not only of exceptional quality but also enhanced the aesthetic appeal of my home.
What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. They took extra care to make sure everything was properly fitted, sealed, and aligned. Plus, they took the time to clean up afterward, leaving my space spotless.

I cannot fault the service that I received this Sunday night. I needed a shutter placed over a broken window. Advance glass organised someone to come out that night to secure the window. Michael arrived quickly. His compassion that he showed, helped resolve a stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company.

From my first interaction on the website to get a quote and contact to set up booking through to the team that came to do the job who were polite, on time, tidy and efficient this was a 5 star experience. A particular thank you to Lucy in the office who was so professional and helpful through the whole process. Thanks Advance GLASS I will definitely recommend you 😊
